Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Start by layering 2 tablespoons of yogurt in the bottom of a glass or mason jar.
  • Add a layer of fresh berries.
  • Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola on top.
  • Repeat the layers until your jar is full.
  • Drizzle with honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
  • Top with chia seeds if desired for added nutrition.
