Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Wagyu beef ground
  • 4 burger buns brioche or potato rolls
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce tomato, pickles, truffle mayo

Instructions
 

Prepare the patty:

  • In a bowl, combine the ground Wagyu beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Gently mix and form into 4 patties.

Cook the patties:

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust to your preferred doneness.

Add cheese:

  • Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty in the last minute of cooking. Cover the skillet to melt the cheese.

Toast the buns:

  • Lightly toast the burger buns in the same skillet for about 1-2 minutes until golden.

Assemble the burger:

  • Place the cooked patties on the bottom buns. Add the caramelized onions, and any additional toppings. Top with the other half of the bun and serve hot.
