Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of baguette or ciabatta bread
  • 1/2 cup vegan butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the bread into 1-inch thick pieces.
  • In a small bowl, mix the vegan butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and optional red pepper flakes or nutritional yeast.
  • Spread the garlic butter evenly onto each bread slice.
  • Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with additional parsley before serving.
