Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 5 oz tuna, drained
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

Prepare the Tuna Mixture:

  • In a bowl, mix drained tuna with Greek yogurt (or mayo), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in celery and carrots until combined.

Assemble the Wrap:

  • Lay a tortilla flat. Sprinkle shredded cheese in the center. Add the tuna mixture on top. Fold sides inward, then roll tightly.

Cook the Wrap:

  • Place wrap seam-side down on a heated skillet or panini press. Cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese melts.

Serve:

  • Slice in half and enjoy warm. Ideal with a side salad or dipping sauce of your choice.
