- 4 Trident Salmon Patties frozen or thawed
- 4 brioche buns
- 1 cup fresh arugula
- 8 dill pickle slices
- 1 avocado thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 4 tablespoons tartar sauce or lemon-dill mayo
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter for toasting buns
- Optional: tomato slices red onion rings, mango salsa
Step 1: Prepare the Salmon Patties
If frozen, thaw salmon patties slightly for even cooking.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cook each patty for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Flip only once.
Alternate Cooking:
Air Fryer: 400°F for 6–8 minutes, flip halfway.
Oven: 375°F for 12–15 minutes, flipping once.
Step 3: Assemble the Burgers
Spread tartar sauce or lemon-dill mayo on the bottom bun.
Add arugula, then place the cooked salmon patty on top.
Layer with avocado slices, lemon zest, dill pickles, and optional toppings.
Spread a bit of sauce on the top bun and close the burger.
