Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz baby spinach or spring mix
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1/3 cup chopped candied pecans or toasted almonds
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onions optional
  • 1/2 avocado diced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinaigrette
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dressing:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together Apple Cider Vinaigrette, honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble the Salad:

Add Dressing & Toss:
