  • 2 boiled eggs optional, sliced or halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley, chopped
  • Optional toppings: drizzle of honey microgreens, or cherry tomatoes

Instructions
 

Prepare the Avocado Spread:

  • Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Add lime juice, sea salt, and black pepper to the bowl.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth but slightly chunky.

Toast the Bread:

  • Choose your favorite bread (whole grain or sourdough works best).
  • Toast the slices until golden brown and crispy.

Assemble the Toast:

  • Spread the mashed avocado evenly over each slice of toasted bread.

Add the Spice:

  • Sprinkle chili flakes over the avocado spread.
