Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken or protein of choice
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup guacamole optional
  • 1/4 cup lettuce or spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Heat tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave until warm.
  • In the center of each tortilla, layer rice, protein, cheese, and salsa.
  • Add sour cream or Greek yogurt, and top with guacamole and fresh greens if desired.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla in and roll tightly to form a burrito.
  • Serve immediately, or wrap for a later meal.
