- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken or protein of choice
- 1/2 cup cooked rice
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup guacamole optional
- 1/4 cup lettuce or spinach optional
Heat tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave until warm.
In the center of each tortilla, layer rice, protein, cheese, and salsa.
