Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Coat the chicken breasts evenly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to overnight).
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill chicken for 6–7 minutes per side, until fully cooked and charred slightly.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
