Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing homemade or store-bought
  • ½ cup croutons
  • ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the salmon:

  • o Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • o Pan-sear over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.

Prep the salad base:

  • o Wash and chop romaine lettuce. Pat dry to keep it crisp.

Assemble the salad:

  • o In a large bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing until well coated.
  • o Add croutons and Parmesan cheese, mixing gently.

Add the salmon:

  • o Flake the cooked salmon and place it on top of the salad.
  • o Drizzle extra dressing if desired and serve immediately.
