- 1 cup chai tea concentrate cooled
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 24 ladyfingers
- Optional: Ground cinnamon for dusting
Make the Pumpkin Filling:
In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Layers:
Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the chai soak, ensuring they're moist but not soggy. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x9-inch serving dish. Spread half of the pumpkin filling over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pumpkin filling.
Chill:
Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.

Before serving, dust with ground cinnamon if desired.
