Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chai tea concentrate cooled
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Optional: Ground cinnamon for dusting

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chai Soak:

  • Pour the cooled chai tea concentrate into a shallow dish.

Make the Pumpkin Filling:

  • In a bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth and creamy.
  • Assemble the Layers:
  • Briefly dip each ladyfinger into the chai soak, ensuring they're moist but not soggy. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9x9-inch serving dish. Spread half of the pumpkin filling over the ladyfingers. Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining pumpkin filling.
  • Chill:
  • Cover and refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  • Serve:
  • Before serving, dust with ground cinnamon if desired.
