Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 1/4 cup pistachio paste
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup slivered pistachios for topping
  • 1 tablespoon honey for glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into triangles.
  • Mix pistachio paste, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Spread the pistachio mixture on the wide end of each triangle.
