  • Fresh mushrooms cremini and shiitake recommended
  • Onion finely chopped
  • Garlic cloves minced
  • Fresh thyme sprigs
  • Vegetable broth
  • Olive oil or butter
  • Heavy cream or dairy-free alternative
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil or butter in a pot over medium heat.
  • Sauté onions and garlic until soft and fragrant.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden.
