ketchup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
Shape mixture into a loaf and place in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.
Spread ketchup evenly over the top.
Bake for 45–55 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
