Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 5 oz tuna in water, drained
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.
  • Add the chopped celery and red onion to the bowl.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Mix all ingredients until well combined.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld (optional but recommended).
  • Serve on whole-grain bread, in lettuce wraps, or over a bed of greens.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
