  • 1 pound lean ground turkey or grilled chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning low-sodium
  • 6 cups mixed salad greens such as romaine, spinach, or arugula
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers red, yellow, or green
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup tortilla strips gluten-free if needed
  • 1/4 cup dressing of choice vinaigrette, cilantro-lime, or creamy ranch

Instructions
