Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz pasta penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions, until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Chicken:

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and slice.

Make the Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce:

  • In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic in butter for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.

Combine & Serve:

  • Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken into the sauce, mixing until well coated. Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley and additional Parmesan, if desired.
