Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup kiwi slices
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon lemon or lime zest
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup Greek yogurt for dipping

Instructions
 

Prepare the Fruits:

  • Rinse all fruits thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwi, and cut the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.

Thread the Skewers:

  • Using bamboo or wooden skewers, alternate threading the prepared fruits in a colorful pattern. Aim for a balance of colors and textures for visual appeal.

Prepare the Dip (Optional):

  • In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup, lemon or lime zest, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Serve:

  • Arrange the fruit skewers on a platter. Serve immediately with the yogurt dip on the side, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
