Ingredients
  

  • 12 slider buns King's Hawaiian rolls recommended
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Layer mozzarella cheese on the bottom buns, then add a generous portion of roast beef.
  • Top with caramelized onions and another layer of mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley. Brush the garlic butter on top of the buns.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  • While the sliders bake, heat beef broth in a saucepan to prepare the au jus.
  • Slice sliders and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
