thinly sliced roast beef
12

mozzarella cheese

large onion
thinly sliced

tbsp
butter
2
cloves
garlic
minced

tbsp
fresh parsley
chopped

beef broth
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Layer mozzarella cheese on the bottom buns, then add a generous portion of roast beef.
Top with caramelized onions and another layer of mozzarella cheese.
Place the top halves of the buns over the filling.
In a small bowl, melt butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley. Brush the garlic butter on top of the buns.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
While the sliders bake, heat beef broth in a saucepan to prepare the au jus.
Slice sliders and serve warm with au jus for dipping.
