Ingredients
  

  • All-purpose flour
  • Baking powder
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Brown sugar
  • Eggs
  • Melted butter
  • Milk or buttermilk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Optional: chopped nuts raisins, cream cheese swirl, cinnamon sugar topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
  • In another bowl, combine wet ingredients: eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually mix wet into dry ingredients until just combined.
  • Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar swirl mixture, add remaining batter, then top with remaining swirl. Use a knife to swirl gently.
  • Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
