In another bowl, combine wet ingredients: eggs, melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
Gradually mix wet into dry ingredients until just combined.
Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of cinnamon sugar swirl mixture, add remaining batter, then top with remaining swirl. Use a knife to swirl gently.
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
