Instructions
Prep the Patties:
Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Gently form into 4 even patties.
Heat the Pan:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cook the Patties:
Add the patties to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
