Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 4 burger buns brioche, sesame, or whole wheat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices of your favorite cheese cheddar or Swiss recommended
  • Lettuce tomato, pickles, and other preferred toppings

Instructions
 

Prep the Patties:

  • Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Gently form into 4 even patties.

Heat the Pan:

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

Cook the Patties:
