- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Clean and slice mushrooms. Chop onion and garlic.
