- 1/4 cup 50g grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chives optional
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for caramelized topping
