For the Chicken:

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
For the Avocado Spread:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Wrap Fillings:
- 2 whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese or feta
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Step 1: Cook the Chicken
Prepare the chicken – Pat the chicken breast dry with a paper towel. Coat it with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
