Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken:

  • o Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  • o Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • o Cook chicken for 6–7 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  • o Remove from skillet and let rest.

Cook the Pasta:

  • o In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.
  • o Add fettuccine and cook until al dente.
  • o Drain and set aside.

Make the Alfredo Sauce:

  • o In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • o Add garlic; sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  • o Pour in heavy cream, stirring often.
  • o Slowly mix in Parmesan until smooth.
  • o Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce:

  • o Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce.
  • o Toss to coat evenly.

Serve:

  • o Slice chicken into strips.
  • o Top pasta with sliced chicken.
  • o Garnish with chopped parsley.
