Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or sliced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking

Optional Add-ins:

  • Chopped parsley for garnish
  • Ranch dressing or spicy mayo for dipping
  • Sliced tomatoes or lettuce for extra freshness

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • In a bowl, season the cooked, shredded (or sliced) chicken with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce

  • In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in the Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes (if using). Remove from heat and mix with the seasoned chicken.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay a tortilla flat and sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese in the center.
  • Add a portion of the garlic butter chicken mixture on top of the cheese.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it tightly to form a wrap.

Step 4: Cook to Perfection

    Skillet Method:

    • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
    • Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

    Air Fryer Method:

    • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
    • Lightly brush the wraps with olive oil and place them in the basket.
    • Cook for 6-8 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

    Oven Method:

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
    • Place wraps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Bake for 12-15 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crispy.

    Step 5: Serve and Enjoy

    • Let the wraps cool slightly before slicing.
    • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or garlic aioli.
