Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Prepare brownie batter by mixing melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa powder, and flour until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  • Pour brownie batter into the pan, spoon cheesecake mixture on top, and swirl gently with a knife.
