Ingredients
  

  • 4 large carrots peeled and cut into sticks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional: black pepper cayenne pepper, or parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (205°C).
  • Cut carrots into evenly sized sticks to ensure even cooking.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or air fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through for crispiness.
