- 1 head Romaine lettuce washed and chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
- 1 cup croutons store-bought or homemade
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Optional: anchovy paste or anchovy-free Worcestershire sauce
- Freshly cracked pepper to taste
Wash and dry the Romaine lettuce. Tear or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
