- 1 cup sliced mushrooms button, cremini, or shiitake
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water slurry
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil vegetable or canola

Prepare the Vegetables:
o Rinse the broccoli and cut it into bite-sized florets.
o Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice them evenly.
