Ingredients
  

  • 1 small cauliflower head cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place cauliflower florets in a bowl.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.
  • Add turmeric, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat evenly.
  • Arrange florets in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Air fry at 390 °F (200 °C) for ~15 minutes, shaking every 3 minutes.
  • Serve immediately, warm or cold.
