Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium russet or Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 –2 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: chopped bell peppers diced onions, fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dice potatoes into ½-inch cubes.
  • (Optional) Soak in cold water for 10 minutes, then pat dry.
  • Toss with oil, spices, and any optional add-ins.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) if needed.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.
  • Sprinkle salt and herbs before serving.
