Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium russet potatoes diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano optional
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional, for heat
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Set your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it preheat for a few minutes.

Prepare the Potatoes:

  • Wash, peel (if desired), and dice the potatoes into small, even-sized cubes.

Season the Potatoes:

  • Spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even crisping.

Cook the Potatoes:

  • Air fry for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. Check for Crispiness: If needed, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Sprinkle fresh parsley over the potatoes and serve hot.
